I used to be regularly asked: “is the significance of direct eye touch everyday, or does it follow best in some cultures and no longer others?” There’s no question in my thoughts that norms round eye touch should shift from lifestyle to subculture. however, I decided no longer to delve into the topic of eye contact and way of life in this blog; It appeared too clean to slip into over-generalization and stereotype. as a substitute, I have made this blog from the attitude of the world I know, attitudes and norms widespread inside the urban northeast and west coast of the United States.
